Our products are welded or woven and can be provided in shapes such as circles, donuts, baskets, or blanks. Available in market or mill grade, we offer material in wire diameters from .0008″ to .5″+ with mesh counts up to 635, and options including decorative diamond, or rectangular forms.
Stainless steel welded wire mesh is very strong and long lasting. By its very nature stainless steel wire needs no additional finish and can protect itself well.The wire itself is extremely resistant to rust,corrosion and harsh chemicals. Woven wire mesh is used for our activities: General Filtration, Filtration & Separation Supports and Industrial Mesh Supports & Inlays. Woven wire mesh is also commonly used within our product groups Filters & Filter Elements and Screens & Support (Reactor Internals) and Mist Eliminators & Coaleshers (Reactor Internals)
Hollander Weave, or Dutch Weave, stainless steel mesh is made in 304 and 316 grade Stainless Steel. Rolls up to 30m in length and commonly in widths of 1000mm ,1220mm and 1570mm are available.
